A seasoned music industry veteran with a 40-year career, recently served as founding partner and president of Round Hill Music, a full-service music publisher and creative rights management company, from 2011 to 2022. At Round Hill, Neil curated song and master catalogs featuring works by renowned artists such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Frank Sinatra, and Katy Perry. He successfully managed multiple private equity style funds and one listed UK equity, investing over $1 billion in music rights on behalf of sophisticated institutional investors.
Prior to Round Hill Music, Neil held leadership positions at S1 Songs America, Dimensional Music Publishing, and Concord Music Group. He spent16 years at Warner/Chappell Music as senior vice president of creative music solutions and vice president of copyright/licensing. Neil began his corporate career as an intern at Cherry Lane Music in the early 1980s and has also worked for Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) as head of international assets.
Neil’s professional expertise extends beyond the industry. He has been a successful teacher at UCLA Extension, an adjunct professor at Nassau Community College, and a lecturer at various prestigious institutions. Neil has also contributed to industry books and composed music for television shows and cartoons.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry from Hofstra University (1984) and has been involved with several industry organizations, including the National Music Publishers Association (NMPA), BMI Foundation, Songwriters Hall of Fame, and the Johnny Mercer Foundation.

John was previously a principal in two investment firms focused on acquiring high-quality, cash-generative businesses at reasonable valuations for long-term ownership. He brings this disciplined investment philosophy to the music rights asset class, working with sophisticated investors to integrate music into well-diversified portfolios.
John’s personal journey has shaped his perspective and commitment. In 2020, he and his wife Katie founded the Rucker Collier Foundation, named after their 6 year old son who died after a courageous battle against a rare pediatric cancer. The foundation funds vital research and provides support to families, reflecting John and Katie’s belief in advocacy and channeling resources toward causes that create lasting impact.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and is a CFA charterholder. When not evaluating music catalogs, John shares his love of music, sports, and life with Katie, their son Charlie (8) and their daughter Caroline (2).

A legendary music industry veteran with a career spanning over 45 years, recently served a short span as Executive Vice President at Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited. From 2011 to 2020, Richard was Vice-Chairman and a founding partner at Round Hill Music, where he was instrumental in capital raising, deal sourcing, and catalog acquisition for the startup music publishing and rights management firm that evolved into three funds and a spin-off public entity on the LSE, totaling over $1 billion in assets under management.
At Round Hill, Richard played a key role in sourcing many of their most important acquisitions, including Carlin Music, Eddie Holland, Arthouse (Kara DioGuardi), Eric Carmen, Brody Brown, Randy Bachman, and the GIL/GPS catalog, which included the first six hit songs by The Beatles.
Richard began his career in 1979 as a lawyer in CBS Records’ Business Affairs Department. He rose through the ranks, ultimately becoming President of Sony Music Publishing (renamed Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 1995) from 1991 to 2005. During his tenure, Richard made the deal with Michael Jackson that led to Sony/ATV Music Publishing’s acquisition of The Beatles’ catalog and the acquisition of Acuff-Rose Music, which included the catalogs of Roy Orbison and The Everly Brothers. From 2006 to 2010, Richard was a Founding Partner of R2M Music.
Richard holds a B.A. from City of London College and the College of Law. In 1977, he was admitted as a Solicitor in the U.K.

A seasoned music industry veteran with a diverse 34-year career, recently served as the National Chairperson and New York Chapter President of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP). He was also a founding Operations Committee Member at The Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC), created by the Music Modernization Act (U.S. 2018). Michael has also consulted with numerous music publishing and rights platforms as well as advised music technology firms and investors looking to enter the music rights space.
In 2011, Michael joined Round Hill Music as a co-founder, COO, and CTO, building the company alongside Neil Gillis and Richard Rowe.He developed the operational approach and ran the multidisciplinary day-to-day operations as the company grew from a three-person operation to a fifty-plus worldwide company with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and London. Michael also served on Round Hill’s acquisition investment committee and signed the songwriters from the group American Authors, whose song “Best Day of My Life” remains a profit center for the company.
Prior to Round Hill, Michael consulted for the legendary catalogs of Ray Charles and Harry Warren (“That’s Amore,” 42nd Street), successfully guiding them into new synchronization opportunities and resolving lingering administration issues. From 2003 to 2010, Michael rose through the ranks at Warner Chappell Music, ultimately serving as to Sr. Director, Creative Information Technology / Marketing Development. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development and deployment of the company’s first globally integrated creative synchronization pitching platform.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Music with a dual concentration in music business and composition/music theory from Berklee College of Music. He designed and is co-teaching an advanced senior-level class on Music Rights Administration and Royalties at the renowned Berklee College of Music.

An investment and finance specialist with lifelong experience in the instrumental music performance sphere. Recently, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Capital Insight Partners, where he was responsible for covering securities, identifying new investment opportunities through quantitative financial analysis and market and economic research, and assisting with trading responsibilities. He also worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs, producing sell-side research and valuations for publicly traded medical technology companies and hospital facilities for Wall Street.
Prior to CIP and Goldman, Caleb was a professional musician. He specialized in low brass instruments and performed, conducted, and taught nationwide. He also served as an associate instructor during his university years. Caleb brings his high-caliber music and investment background to the music rights asset class, where he can merge his passions into something unique.
Caleb holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a Master of Music Performance and Conducting from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Jazz Performance from Samford University.
Outside of finance and music, he loves to play golf and experience cuisines of all cultures, whether through cooking or trying out a new restaurant. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Emily, while traveling and exploring the outdoors with their sheepadoodle, Oakleigh.

A pioneer in the modern production music library arena with a career spanning 41 years, currently owns and operates FPM Music, a production music company founded in 2010. FPM is known worldwide for delivering the best possible production music for the broadcast industry by stretching sonic and creative boundaries.
Prior to founding FPM, Ossi co-founded, co-owned, and served as creative director and major composer contributor for Extreme Music from 1997 to 2005. He was part of the worldwide Extreme Music success story that revolutionized the production music industry. After 7 years, Extreme was acquired by Famous Music/Viacom.
Earlier in his career, Ossi worked at legendary London recording studios, including Powerplant Studios (Duran Duran, Pet Shop Boys) as a recording and mix engineer and Abbey Road Studio (The Beatles, Pink Floyd, John Williams) as a mastering engineer. In 1990, Ossi moved to Stockholm, Sweden, where he continued working as a sound engineer and ventured into composing for TV commercials (SAAB, Mercedes, BMW), jingles, and film scoring.
Ossi holds a First Class Honours degree in Theoretical Music and Music History from the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London.

Randy began his music publishing career in 1988 at EMI Music Publishing after a chance encounter with a friend in Capitol Records’ A&R department.
Having spent years playing guitar, singing, and writing songs in his own bands, Randy started from the ground up, quickly discovering a passion for music publishing, the power of songs, and the excitement of collaborating with songwriters and artists. Over the next three decades, he advanced through various prestigious companies, including PolyGram/Universal, Warner/Chappell, Epic Records, and Dimensional Music Publishing, before founding his own boutique music company, Sabco Music.
Throughout his career, Randy has had the privilege of working with and signing a wide range of artists and songwriters, including Gavin DeGraw, Lifehouse, The Lumineers, Shaggy, Fuel, Sevendust, Vertical Horizon, Chevelle, Megadeth, Quicksand, Rival Schools, Nine Days, Monster Magnet, Evanescence, Seether, and Skid Row. He has also signed writer/producers whose work has been recorded by artists such as Panic! At The Disco, Justin Bieber, Boys Like Girls, Def Leppard, and Train.
